To request a refund, please email

- Your account;
- Refund amount;
- Part of the details of the card/account from which the payment was made;
- Reason for the refund.
A manager will process your request and issue the refund. Funds will be credited within 1 business day, with a maximum processing time of 10 business days (as required by law).
Transferring Funds Between AccountsFunds can only be transferred between accounts in cases of erroneous deposits, and only if both accounts belong to the same owner or administrator. Transferred funds will be credited to the correct account and finalized in the next reporting period (at the beginning of the month following the client’s request).
